Serving as a panelist at community events, workshops, and educational forums to provide accessible information on workplace rights and employment law. Educating students on topics such as wage and hour laws, workplace discrimination, employee protections, and how to navigate common employment-related issues.

Mentorship & Education
Acting as a mentor to law students, providing guidance on academic development, career pathways, and professional growth within the legal field. Leading and managing the law clerk department at Employees First Labor Law, overseeing training, assignments, and professional development of clerks and young attorneys. Fostering a supportive learning environment by offering feedback, skill-building opportunities, and mentorship to help students gain practical legal experience and confidence.
